Martinstown House, Knocklong, Co. Limerick

This project involved the redevelopment of a 38,000 sq. ft. mansion, excavation of a 2 storey underground basement, installation of all services on site (water, electric, gas, storm, sewage), the demolition of a large G.A.A pavilion to make way for new driveway into the house, 2km of a new driveway built on difficult terrain), excavation for new entrance, gate lodge, and 4-acre lake in bog alongside driveway. Landscaping was carried out around house, driveway, lake and gate lodge.
